Birth Certificates Fee:

$5.00 per certified copy

The following persons can obtain a birth certificate if the person was born in Randolph County:

Said person on the birth record as long as that said person is 18 years or older.

Parents of said person on the birth record as long as the parent's name appears on the birth record.

A sibling of said person on the birth record as long as the sibling shares both parents or one parent.

A grandparent of said person on birth record as long as grandparent can prove relationship with said person on the birth record.

Spouse of said person on the birth record as long as spouse can prove the marriage to said person on the birth record.
