Traffic Court

Most traffic violations in Randolph County are adjudicated in the Winchester City Court located at 113 E. Washington St. in Winchester.

When you receive a ticket in Randolph County, the instructions are printed on the ticket itself.  If you have any questions, contact the Winchester City Court.

County ordinance violations are also heard in the Winchester City Court regardless of the city the violation occurred.  (Union City ordinance violations are handled in the Union City Court)
