Homeland Security Emergency Management Services
The Homeland Security / Emergency Management Services provided in Randolph County are a team effort led by the Department of Homeland Security.
All necessary first responders get involved
including, but not
necessarily limited to:
- Sheriffs Department
- Police Departments
- Emergency Medical Services (Ambulance/Paramedics)
- Fire Departments
- Health Department
- St. Vincent Randolph Hospital.
These organizations work together to address and prepare for the worst including Natural Disasters such as floods and tornados, Terrorism, Chemical or Biological Disasters such as train derailments of toxic chemicals, and health issues such as the H1N1 virus.
