Electronic Home Detention Program
Home Detention Program
Home Detention is an alternative sentencing program for eligible offenders. Under this program, offenders are required to remain within the confines of their home unless authorized by Community Corrections.
Home detention is considered a less restrictive program than Work Release.
The Community Corrections Department administers this program by meeting weekly with offenders and scheduling their court authorized events (such as counseling services, self help meetings, etc.). All appointments must be verified with documentation.
