Innkeepers Tax
Randolph County has a 5% lodging tax assessed on visitors to the county who stay in local lodging establishments such as Hotels, Motels, or Bed and Breakfasts.
The tax is collected from patrons at the establishment.
The tax is paid monthly to the Randolph County Treasurer.
Funds are distributed to the Randolph County Convention and Visitors Bureau for use in promoting tourism in the county - which benefits local business and residents by bringing tourism dollars into the county - which in turn increases economic activity.
