Real Estate Property Taxes

Property Taxes are collected twice a year from property owners in Randolph County.  These taxes are used to pay for the county public school system operations, libraries, and county or city operations.

As a property owner, you can pay your property taxes on-line by accessing www.randolphtax.net.  There is a convenience fee for this service.

Non-payment of property taxes can result in a Tax Sale of your real estate.  Real estate that goes through a tax sale and does not sell can be sold at a Commissioners Sale.
