Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Randolph County EMS is located close to the St. Vincent Randolph County hospital on the southeast corner of Greenville Pike and Hospital Drive.
The department maintains 4 fully equipped ambulances to be dispatched at a moments notice.
The EMS office is located at 110 East Hospital Drive, Winchester, IN 47394. You can call the office at 765-584-8055.

The mission of EMS is to provide life saving emergency ambulance response to most of Randolph County. For the exceptions, see the EMS Service Page.
The EMS team consists of Dianna, 9 full-time staff and 14 part-time staff.
The 9 Full Time staff members include 2 Intermediate EMTs,1 Advanced EMT, and 6 Paramedics. The 14 part-time staff includes 3 part-time paramedics, 3 advanced paramedics, and 8 Basic EMTs.
The Indiana Emergency Medical Services Commission has defined the scope of treatment skills as well as the education/training required for each certification level (Basic EMT, Intermediate EMT, Advanced EMT, Paramedic, Advanced Paramedic). To learn about it, click here.
