To obtain a new title from the BMV or move a mobile home, you need a mobile home permit from the Treasurers office?
Before going to the License branch to obtain a new title for a mobile home, obtain a title transfer, or allow a mobile home to be moved, you need to stop by the treasurers office to obtain a mobile home permit. The treasurer will check for any delinquent taxes. The person requesting the permit will need to pay any delinquent tax as well as taxes for the current year. The permit is good for thirty days.
