Welcome to Randolph County's Official Government and Community Portal!

This website serves both as the official Randolph County Government website and as a resource for residents, prospective residents, businesses, and visitors to learn more about the county.

This website is complex and comprehensive, providing a wealth of information on a number of topics.  Accordingly, we have worked hard to make the information as accessible as possible by providing multiple ways to get to the information.

Below are a few suggestions on how to find what you're looking for:

• Menus

  • This website uses a "hover and navigate" dropdown menu structure in which you can click on any menu item in the structure even if that menu item has lower level (subordinate) menu items.  For example, the Departments, Boards, & Commissions menu item has multiple lower level menu items, but if you click directly on the higher level menu, you will see a list of and links to most of the lower level content in one place.

  • You can hover and navigate quickly right to the content you are looking for, then click.

  • If the page you selected has lower level menu items associated with it, you will see a list of those items in an additional context specific menu on the right side of the screen.

• Find a Service

  • Hover over or click on the County Services menu, or
  • Type the service you are looking for in the search this site box

• Find a Department

  • Hover over the Departments, Boards & Commissions menu, then navigate to the department you are looking for.

• Find a County Employee

  • Click on the Directory icon to search for an employee and review a list of all county departments and employees and their contact information.

• Review upcoming county meeting dates and key deadlines

  • Click on the Calendar icon to review what's happening!

  • Visit the home page for the next several upcoming events

  • Enter a keyword in the search this site box for an event you expect may have been scheduled

• Review key news items  published by county departments

  • Click on the News icon from any page on this site

  • Review the News & Alerts content on the home page and most pages on this site

• Ask a Question / Review Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  • Click the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) link.  There you can:

    • Browse through and click on the question categories that interest you, then on the question to see your answer

    • Enter keywords for your question in the Search FAQs box and any questions referencing those keywords will appear.  Then you can simply click on the question and find your answer!

• Find a Form

  • Hover over County Services and then select Forms.  There you can browse for the form you are looking for, -or-

  • Enter the form number in the search this site box
