A caller is making calls all across the nation from the number 713-469-5747.  The caller acts like they are a fraud investigator and demands that you send money to take care of the case that your name is involved in or they will have an arrest warrant issued against you.  The number comes out of the Houston, Texas area.  Our best advice is to hang up on these people and ignore the call or tell them that you are reporting them to law enforcement.  We can not prosecute these people due to extradition policies.

The Randolph County Emergency Planning Committee will hold its meetings for the year 2013 at 8:30 AM at the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, 155 E. South Street, Winchester, IN; on the following dates: February 6, May 1, August 7, November 6, and at such other times as shall be duly authorized by act of the Committee or its Chairman. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
