Our Government
Randolph County is led by a group of three County Commissioners who share executive decisionmaking responsibility for county business.
The commissioners are elected to 4 year terms. The commissioners meet every other week to hear issues requiring their approval.
The Randolph County Council is a group of seven officials elected to 4 year terms. The council is responsible for establishing the budget for the county and overseeing the allocation of funds to county departments and projects.
There are several Commissions and Boards that have been established for the county to manage aspects of county business.
