Sheriff Services

The Sheriff and his deputies patrol the county enforcing the Indiana Criminal Code.  They are also responsible for distributing civil process notices to residents of the County. 

The Sheriff's Department works closely with other law enforcement agencies in the county including:

• Winchester Police
• Union City Police
• Lynn Police
• Farmland Police
• Ridgeville Police
• Saratoga Police
• Parker City Police
• Modoc/Losantville Police
• Indiana State Police
• DNR Conservation

The sheriff also works closely with Randolph County EMS (Ambulance Service) by manning the county 911 call center and dispatching paramedics to the scene of emergencies.
